Which delivery service does SPC use to ship my order?

We ship via GLS (General Logistics System) during regular business hours, Monday - Friday. 

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Usually 2-3 business days, but unexpected shipping delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances. 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

We send a confirmation email with every purchase order and will also notify customers when their order has shipped.

How do I track my order delivery status?

Shipments can be tracked by simply entering the tracking number given to you via email on the GLS Tracking website at https://www.gso.com/trackingSimply copy & paste the tracking number from the shipment confirmation email.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping rates are determined by product weight and distance to delivery destination. Products like disposable bed pads are heavy in weight (approx. 25 lbs) and therefore may affect shipping cost.

What if I have special delivery instructions (i.e. gate code, leave at reception desk, no signature required, etc.)?

If your building requires special instructions for delivery, please let us know right away so that we can notify our delivery driver. Shipping delays may occur if the delivery building is closed or requires a code for entry. Our driver will try again on the following business day to deliver your package. We want to ensure our packages are received by the customer to prevent any lost or stolen packages. Deliveries may require signatures upon receipt unless requested by customer to disable signature delivery. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you change your mind and no longer want to receive your order, please send us an email at info@sanpablocom.com and notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order. Please note that return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

If your order already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will issue a partial refund of the product price if the box remains unopened.
